We are looking for students interested in helping with hair and makeup on the day of the show! If you're interested and have your own supplies, contact [email protected].


-------If you're interested in getting involved in this year's show, you have a few options. There are 'team member' positions, listed below, which are on a volunteer basis. You can email us at [email protected] in order to volunteer in one of these positions! You may have a choice of positions, or we may assign you to a team that needs more volunteers. This is a fun and rewarding experience to be involved with!

BACKSTAGE TEAM MEMBER:
This is a volunteer position, overseen by the Backstage Coordinator of the show. Responsibilities may include styling models, assisting photographs and hair/makeup professionals, organizing clothing and accessories, lighting and technical work, assisting with timing on the runway, etc. 

ADVERTISING TEAM MEMBER:
This is a volunteer position, overseen by the Advertising Coordinator. Responsibilities may include creating flyers, painting cubes, tabling in the pit, posting flyers, advertising the show via social media websites, etc. Basically getting the word out about the event! 

OUTREACH TEAM MEMBER:
This is a volunteer position, overseen by the Outreach Coordinator. Responsibilities may include researching potential sponsors, keeping contact with current sponsors, involving various campus organizations in the event, etc. You'll be 'reaching out' to on and off campus groups or businesses that may want to be involved in some capacity, including local boutiques, photographers, and hair/makeup professionals.

INTERIOR DESIGN TEAM MEMBER:
This is a volunteer position, overseen by the Interior Design Coordinator. Responsibilities may include sketching potential set designs for the show, set up on the day of, budgeting material usage in set design, helping the interior design coordinator achieve their vision for the runway, etc. This includes both helping with interior design at the forest theater location, and having a back up design as a team for an indoor location in case of inclement weather.
